Opportunity for a Regional Property Manager to join our team in our "Bajio-east" regional office based in San Luis Potosi. Candidates must be attracted to a fast-growing environment where responsiveness and customer service are highly valued. A predisposition towards teamwork and personal responsibility will be critical to a candidate´s success, and an aptitude to analyze operational and administrative data. This position must be capable to lead tenant and portfolio managing operations, property taxes and risk management of the portfolio, lead all maintenance operations and manage all activities related to property compliance for a 3.5millions square feet portfolio own or for third party management, including land, buildings (multi-tenant and BTS) and parks. The selected candidate will be also responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:


·       Safety and security assurance including emergency readiness

·       Building and park inspections. Tenant and own inspections follow-up

·       Tenant/Landlord obligation´s management and compliance. Maintenance of insurance policies (tenant and landlord), covenants, licenses, permits and utilities consumption management

·       Budgeting, planning and reporting (1-year scenarios)

Capital planning and continuous updating (5-year forecasting)

·       CAPEX and OPEX management, including scope definition and coordination of biding and execution through operational teams, based on and efficient strategy

·       Maintenance plans design and execution

·       Coordinates and review PCA, Phase 1, professional reports, audits and act accordingly

·       Tenant claims management

·       3rd Party job supervision

·       Supplier claims management through and accurate guarantees management (equipment)

·       Reception and ramp-up of operations for new properties (Land, buildings, parks)

·       Certification´s management (MIA, CNA, SEMARNAT COA, LAU,...)

·       Waste management (landlord and tenants)

·       Concession rights management

·       Standards compliance (NFPA, CNA, STPS, CFE,...)

·       Utilities management per facility

·       Supplier network: Maintenance and management


This position reports to the Regional Asset Manager. Proactive interaction as a team player with peers into New Business, Capital Projects and Sustainability areas, as well as an effective support for other areas related to corporate and regional functions. Capable to interact with tenant representatives such as Plant Managers, Facilities Managers, Engineering and Projects teams, Purchasing and Accounts Payables, focused on a win to win culture and customer care vision, ensuring and preserving the Landlord interest. 



·       More than 30 years old

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management (commercial or industrial)

·       Experience on team management skills

·       High organizational skills

·       Results-oriented

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Medium-high level of English

·       Ability to interpret financial data. Experienced on budget and capital planning, including reporting skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, industrial, mechanical, environmental or sustainability) or architecture. Law or administrative degree with a master related to the function.

·       Experienced on the usage of real estate and accounting platforms such as ORACLE, SAP or similar

·       Strong skills for Office environment
