Our Social, Environmental and Governance Policy4 establishes that the Board of Directors has the authority to decide on Vesta’s annual budget for social and environmental responsibility actions. In 2022, we allocated a total of USD $435,432 toward these purposes, including USD $94,015 raised through the 2021 Vesta Challenge.
