Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta, S.A. B. de C. V. (BMV: Vesta) concludes several financing operations for a total of US$400 million.

The transaction included the reversal of 48 properties that secured a loan with The Blackstone Group and the termination of said loan.

Additionally, Vesta completed a 10-year, secured, non-recourse loan of US$150 million with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) and the signing of a trust agreement.
