Wellness Series I Explore Your Creativity

Did you know that creativity is not limited to artists? We all have the potential for creativity within ourselves. Exploring it can help you live more fully and make your work hours more productive and innovative.

We invite you to read this series, inspired by the "A Year of Living Better" guide from The New York Times, where we share tips for living more fully and/or working more productively.

Did you know that creativity is not limited to artists? We all have the potential for creativity within ourselves. Exploring it can help you live more fully and make your work hours more productive and innovative.

Just consider this: at some point during the day, your mind wanders and fantasizes about what you could have said in a situation or how your life would be if you were a millionaire, for example. These are ideas or the seeds of any literary or musical project, or the genesis of how to improve a process at work.

However, it's very easy to dismiss these ideas. If you want to be more creative, start by letting flow what your mind is trying to tell you when you daydream. Give yourself permission to find your creativity: not all creativity leads to creating an artistic work, and it may not even be called creativity. It can be called innovation and changing your contribution to your company, becoming your life mission, or helping to change the circumstances that bother you about the global reality.

You can propose a new cost-saving plan at work with that crazy idea that came to you during a boring meeting, or reorganize your routines and free yourself from things that consume your time, or create a plan to start a new venture.

The important thing is to believe in your ability to CREATE, give yourself permission, and put it into practice. The first step is knowing that you can do it. We all can, but not everyone does. Start today: believe in yourself and create a more fulfilling life by exploring your creativity.
