Lorenzo Dominique Berho Carranza

Lorenzo Dominique Berho Carranza is our CEO and is responsible for setting the company's overall strategy in the short, medium, and long term, as well as ensuring its proper implementation and execution by the different areas of the company. He also serves as the primary link between the company's management and the Board of Directors. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master's degree in Real Estate Sciences from the University of San Diego.

Juan Felipe Sottil Achutegui

Juan Felipe Sottil Achutegui is our CFO. Mr. Sottil has extensive experience in capital and finance, accounting and treasury management, investor relations, and human capital management. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Anáhuac and has an MBA from Harvard University.

Diego Berho Carranza

Diego Berho Carranza is our Portfolio Director and is responsible for setting the strategy for new developments, as well as managing and maintaining the company's current portfolio and supervising its proper execution. He also participates in acquisition or sale projects of portfolios, bringing his technical knowledge to the table. Mr. Berho studied Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Munich and later completed an Executive Seminar at Harvard University in Strategic Negotiations.

Alejandro Pucheu Romero

Alejandro Pucheu Romero is our Legal Director. Mr. Pucheu graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho with a law degree, has a Master's degree in International and Economic Law from the University of Houston, and completed a diploma in real estate investment management at the Harvard Business School.

Alfredo Marcos Paredes Calderon

Fue nombrado Director de Recursos Humanos de Vesta en octubre 2016. En 2017 se le nombró Director de Integridad de Vesta. Tiene más de 20 años de experiencia en el área de recursos humanos en diferentes industrias y ha trabajado en compañías como Avantel (Telecomunicaciones), PepsiCo, Danone (Bienes de Consumo) y MerzPharma (Farmacéuticos). 

Egresado de la Universidad Intercontinental en la carrera de administración de empresas, así como diferentes diplomados en la administración estratégica de recursos humanos en el ITAM y dirección en capacitación en el ITESM.

Guillermo Díaz Cupido

Guillermo Díaz Cupido is our Investment Director. Mr. Díaz is a highly skilled real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was Director of the Investment Committee since 2008, overseeing the design and implementation of investment strategies throughout the real estate industry in Mexico.

Mario Chacón Gutiérrez

Mario Chacón Gutiérrez is our Commercial Director for the Northern Region, with the mission of strengthening Vesta's presence in this market. Mr. Chacón started his collaboration with the Company as Vice President of New Business in the Northern and Northeastern regions. He is currently a member of the Council for Economic Development of Ciudad Juárez and a founding member of the Corporate for Economic Development of Chihuahua (EDC); he is also Vice President of Industrial Developers. He has a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies (ITESM) and diplomas and postgraduate studies related to the real estate sector from New York University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Tiene una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas con especialización en Finanzas por el Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM y también diplomados y posgrados relacionados con el sector de bienes raíces por la Universidad de Nueva York y en el Instituto Tecnológico de Massachusetts (MIT).

Francisco Estrada Gómez Pezuela

Francisco Estrada Gómez Pezuela is the Commercial Director for the Bajío and Central Region and leads the Querétaro Aerospace Park project. He was President of the Bernardo Quintana Industrial Park from 2007 to 2009. He is a Public Accountant from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has a diploma in real estate from the American Intercontinental University in 1992, as well as courses in Real Estate Negotiation and Management in 2000 and 2007, respectively, from the Harvard Business School.
